Meet Sign Up, Fees and Policies Information
To sign up for a meet email your coach with the following information:
Days Attending
Swimmer Name(s)
PLEASE NOTE: Once entry has been submitted to host team no refunds can be made. By submitting the meet sign up email to CSC you are agreeing to pay all meet fees regardless of attendance at the meet.
The Meet Information that we post for each meet is very important, please take time to read it to determine:
- What events are on each day
- How much the meet fees are for that meet (they vary depending on location of meet)
- Warm-up Information
- Pool location
- Other important information
Meet Fees
Meet Fees are calculated by per event and vary from meet to meet (always check meet info for amount)
Some meets have a surcharge in addition to the event fees (this will also be listed in the meet info)
CSC Surcharge
A $10 CSC surcharge** is also added to each swimmer who enters the meet to help pay for the travel and lodging costs of the coaches who attend the meet.
**Families who have MORE than two swimmers attending the meet will only pay the surcharge for the first two swimmers.
Charges Posted in Online Thriva System
All charges for the meets will be posted in the online Thriva system. Charges will be posted prior to the meet and must be paid prior to the meet. When the charges are posted an email will be sent out to let Families know that the charge is in their account.
