PSYCH SHEET
Those times marked with an asterisk (*) in the psych sheet are unproven times. All unproven times will be seeded at the slowest non-conforming qualifying time (i.e. the yards cut). If you have a provable time for your athlete, please bring documentation to registration to have the time changed before seeding.
MEETING and SCRATCH DEADLINE
A general meeting of the CSRVIII Chairman, Meet director, Coaches, and Referee will be held on Tuesday, July 20 at 7:00 p.m. The scratch deadline for Wednesday’s events, which is also the deck entry deadline for Wednesday’s events, is 15 minutes after completion of the meeting.
ENTRY FEES
Entry fees not paid by credit card on OME or mailed in advance to the entry chair are due following the CSRVIII business meeting Tuesday evening. Also, in a few cases, teams were not correctly assessed the $10 swimmer surcharge for relay-only swimmers. Those teams will be notified so they are aware of the additional fee due.

meet deadline Tuesday July 13 midnight on OME
Dear Coaches,
This is a reminder that the deadline for entry to this summer’s Region 8 Sectional is Tuesday, July 13 at midnight. This year for the first time, entries must be made using USA Swimming’s Online Meet Entry (OME) System. If you are not familiar with using OME from other meets, go ahead and begin your entry as soon as possible to familiarize yourself with the system, and to give yourself time to resolve issues and ask questions before the deadline. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask me. We look forward to seeing you all in Columbia in a couple of weeks!
