CSC Suits and Equipment

CSC team suit & equipment order form that is due Tuesday, October
11th. You can email it back to Michelle Nutter at nutterm@missouri.edu.
The form includes the team suit, warm ups, parkas, equipment bags, fins,
etc. If you already turned in your swim suit form, you don’t need
to do so again. If you want your item to be a holiday gift, please
note that on the order form.
If you are ordering a parka, warm up suit or bag and want it
embroidered, you can take it to Embroider It at 2403 Industrial
Dr Columbia., (573) 234-2951.
They have all our logos and you can let them know what you want.
Here are their prices.
Circle Logo for shirt/pants/bags/warm-ups:
$10.00
Larger Circle Logo: $15.00
Name (no larger than 1 inch tall): $5.00
“Columbia Swim Club” on the back of parka or warm up: $12.50
Your Thriva account will be billed for suits, equipment, etc (not
embroidery though). If you have any questions, please let me
know.

Orders Due to Embroider It by Monday, October 17, 2011 online or at
their location.
Embroider It offers CSC screen-printed, embroidered, and “bling” items.
Great time to order for the holidays. You can check out the items
and order on their website at http://www.embroideritonline.com/ColumbiaSwimClub.htm or
go to their location. They have samples of most items so you can
check them out and decide on sizes too. Orders must be in to
Embroider It no later than Monday, October 17th with payment being made
at the time of the order. They accept cash, check or credit card.
Once items are complete, Embroider It will contact you to come pick it
up.

Embroider It will also embroider most any other item you bring in, at
any time, so if you are ordering a parka, bag, warm-up, etc. from Action
Accents or other company, you can then take it to Embroider It.
